Our Receptionist is available to assist you Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 5:00PM--our regular office hours (on some Mondays we may be in surgery until 10:00 AM).
Lunch is taken between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, though the Optical remains open. We routinely see people before or after usual office hours, by arrangement, for special needs (urgent issues or to accomodate unusually challenging schedules, where necessary).
For emergencies involving the eyes or visual system, there is 24 hour assistance available, 7 days per week (see Contact information).
Surgeries are scheduled on Monday mornings in the Outpatient Ambulatory Surgery Center at Overlake Hospital Medical Center.
